BA in Psychology from the University of Texas at Arlington
MA in Psychology from American Military UniversityMS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Capella University
I have worked in the mental health field for over 10 years as a masters level clinician prior to receiving my license. I have worked with children and families, individuals and couples, first responders, veterans, and incarcerated felons. I have worked with my clients on a diverse range of issues including depression, anxiety, life stressors, family conflict, life transitions, sexuality, gender identity, school and work related issues.

What services do you offer?

I offer individual counseling for adults across a wide range of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, PTSD and trauma, family dynamics, work issues, life changes, gender identity, sexual orientation, relationship issues, veterans issues, and first responders. I use an integrated approach of person-centered counseling, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and somatic therapy. I also pull from other approaches such as narrative therapy, culturally aware counseling, and a feminist approach. Counseling approaches are dependent on the client and their needs/preferences.
